THE HOUR LONG WORKOUT CAN:

IMPROVE YOUR POSTURE - learn to walk tall, by pressing your shoulders down, elongating your torso and stretching out the spine.

GIVE YOU FABULOUS LEGS - exercises that will lengthen, sculpt and strengthen your legs
