Adult Ballet and Ballet Workout
Deborah has been teaching adult ballet and ballet workout for 19 years. Classes are available on line and in the studio. Online classes are currently 10 - 11am Thursday to Saturday. Classes are available in the studio on a Monday (10 - 11.15 and 11.15 - 12.30) and Tuesday morning (10 - 11 am) at Addington Village Hall, Wednesday (11 - 12.15) Offham Hall and Thursday (1.30 - 2.30 pm) at Tudor Park in Bearsted.

We have studio classes available Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday and a generous offering of online classes.
The studio classes are on Monday and Tuesday at Addington Village Hall, Wednesday Offham Hall and Thursday afternoon Tudor Marriott Hotel Bearsted.
Whether you are a ballet beginner or you have some history of dancing and ballet, we provide a safe place and welcoming environment for you to enjoy the freedom of ballet.
We also offer a Dance for Fitness Class on a Thursday at 2.30pm in Bearsted, learn the dances from Strictly Come Dancing.
