In our ballet classes we are currently working on musicality, posture and turnout. In our centre practice we have been dissecting fouetté of adage and renverse, both are super strengtheners and great for placement.

Our fun July challenge has been “Sally Up Sally Down” so after each class we have been doing squats and press ups (optional of course)

I recommend looking at www.enbondemand.ballet.org.uk. They have wonderful live performances from Swan Lake to the very comporary Dust. Various charges apply and the downloads are available for three days.
